Preparing food during HCG Treatment is not easy. You need to have several delicious and easy to make HCG diet recipes at your disposal to get through Phase 2 of the diet successfully. HCG Diet Grilled Shrimp Salad Recipe (Recipe from https://www.diyhcg.com/)

100 grams (3.5 ounce) medium-sized shrimp
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp freshly-cracked black pepper
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 grissini stick (see the kinds we recommend here)
2 cups of lettuce
2 tbsp your chosen flavor of Simple Girl Salad Dressing 


HCG Diet Lemon Herb Fish Packet Recipe (Recipe from https://www.diyhcg.com/)

100 grams (3.5 ounces) fresh white fish
2 tbsp lemon juice* (separated)
1 tbsp oregano
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Sticking to a strict diet plan like the hCG Diet can be challenging especially if you are on the HCG Phase 2. When you are on the HCG diet, your food options are extremely limited. Foods do get boring when you have so little options to choose from. Don’t skimp on hcg recipes because it will help you stay motivated and on track. Google and look for new recipe to get as creative as you can!
